Overview

The JA-154P is a modern wireless PIR motion detector designed for the protection of standard interiors. It detects the movement of persons within a monitored area with high resistance to false alarms. The product represents a full replacement for the older JA-150P model and is designed for reliable operation within the Jablotron 100+ and Mercury systems.

• High detection reliability : The detection characteristics cover an angle of 110 with a range of up to 12 metres, while digital signal filtration minimises the risk of false alarms.
• Two-way communication : The use of an asynchronous protocol increases data transmission security and enables efficient power management. All detector settings are managed via configuration software; this eliminates the need for site visits or opening the cover to access setting switches.
• Optimised power supply : The detector is powered by two 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries with a typical service life of approximately 4 years, reducing regular maintenance requirements.
• Suitable mounting : The recommended installation height is 2.2 to 2.5 metres above floor level.
• Comprehensive protection : The device is equipped with tamper contacts that immediately signal the opening of the cover or the removal of the detector from the wall.
• System compatibility : The module is fully supported by the JA-102K , JA-103K , JA-107K , JA-108K series control panels, as well as JA-152KRY wireless variants.
• Certified security : The product is certified to Security Grade 2 according to the European EN 50131 standards.
