INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from our main warehouse using an International Air courier service with insurance for your protection.

All deliveries must be signed for.

Delivery time is 3 to 14 working days from date of purchase, depending on destination.


DAMAGED GOODS

The same basic principles apply to goods damaged in transit as goods missing. If you suspect that the parcel has suffered to the point where the goods inside are damaged, do not open the parcel. Contact the courier.

REFUNDS

Goods can only be accepted back for refund or exchange in "as sold" condition including undamaged original packaging, complete instruction books, manuals, accessories, etc. If freight expenses of any type have been incurred, these are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
